OpsRanger is run by Leo Tech Labs LLP ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

What we collect

• Account details. Your name, work email, company name and phone number when you sign up or book a demo.
• Your platform data. When you connect a quick-commerce seller account, we access the data OpsRanger needs to work for you: your listings, inventory and availability, orders, ad campaigns, spend and competitor visibility. We only take what the product needs.
• Usage data. How you use the dashboard, plus basic device and log information, so we can fix problems and improve the product.
• Payment details. Handled by Razorpay, our payment processor. We do not see or store your card number.
• Cookies. A small number, explained below.

How we use it

• Run the service: track your stores, move your bids, build your reports.
• Support you and answer your questions.
• Bill you and keep proper records.
• Improve the product and keep it secure.
• Send service messages. We only send marketing email if you ask for it, and you can opt out anytime.

When we share it

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run OpsRanger, such as hosting, analytics and payments. They can use it only to do that work.
• Anyone you ask us to share it with.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Your platform accounts

You stay in control. You decide which platforms to connect, and you can disconnect them. We use that access only to run the features you are paying for. We never use your data to help a competing brand.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, unless we have to keep some of it for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

We protect your data with access controls, encryption in transit and standard safeguards. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and will tell you if something goes wrong.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, export it or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

Children

OpsRanger is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. For bigger changes, we will tell you directly.
