Refunds and Cancellation

This explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for OpsRanger, run by Leo Tech Labs LLP.

Billing

OpsRanger is billed monthly, in advance. There is no lock-in and no minimum term.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and we do not bill you again after that.

Refunds

Fees for the current cycle are not refundable, since the service is already running for that period. Once you cancel, we do not charge for future months, so you only ever pay for time you use.

Setup fees

Setup fees cover onboarding work and are not refundable once that work has started.

If something looks wrong

If you were charged in error, or you think there is a genuine billing problem, email us within 7 days and we will look into it and put it right.
