Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of OpsRanger, run by Leo Tech Labs LLP ("we", "us"). By using OpsRanger, you agree to them. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

What OpsRanger does

OpsRanger tracks your quick-commerce presence, automates your bids and budgets, and reports on inventory, orders, competition and ad performance across the platforms you connect. Features change as we improve the product.

Your account

Give us accurate details and keep them current. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Connecting your platforms

You confirm you have the right to connect the seller accounts you add and to let us access their data on your behalf. You are responsible for following the terms of those platforms. If a platform changes how it works, some features may break or pause, and that is outside our control.

Plans and payment

• OpsRanger is a monthly subscription. Prices are on our pricing page and may change with notice.
• Setup fees, where they apply, are one time.
• Taxes are extra where they apply.
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, we may pause your access.
• There is no minimum term. You can cancel anytime, as set out in our Refunds and Cancellation policy.

Fair use

Do not misuse OpsRanger. That means no reverse engineering, no reselling access unless you are on the Agency plan, and nothing illegal.

Who owns what

We own OpsRanger, the software and everything in it. You own your data. You give us permission to use your data only to run the service for you.

Third parties

OpsRanger works alongside platforms like Blinkit, Zepto and others. We are not affiliated with them and we do not control them.

No guarantees

OpsRanger is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise specific sales results, and we cannot promise it will never have downtime or errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using OpsRanger and cancel anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When the agreement ends, your right to use OpsRanger ends, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date above. For bigger changes, we will tell you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
